How do I know what storage size unit I need?
Our staff will help to guide you on this matter. Our units have an 8ft 6in ceiling height and we have a few tips on our product price page.
Are my goods insured?
No you need to have your goods insured under your house insurance or other policy.
When can I access my unit?
Your unit can be accessed at any time during our business hours and outside this by agreement with management.
Are these units dry heated?
Our units are accessed from indoors in a clean dry environment, each unit is secured with your own lock and electricity can be arranged.
Do you offer a collection moving service?
We do not provide this service but are happy to recommend some local suppliers of this service.
What ID do I need with me to rent my unit?
To sign a contract we require current driver’s license/ passport along with a current utility bill… see T&C Details (below).
Do you sell/supply locks and packaging?
We have locks for sale and some packaging supplies available.
How do I pay for this service?
Direct Debit payment to our bank is preferred; however this may not apply to short term contracts.
